PROCESSING TIME Please be noted that we need 1-2 business days to process orders as our products are made to order. Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time. SHIPPING TIME The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.

• US orders: Standard Shipping: 1 – 7 Business Days – Particularly for the states of Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, the shipping time is from 10 to 20 working days
• Other Countries: 10 – 20 business days.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?  Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes).
