CUT OFF – DELAY – CHRISTMAS – NEW YEAR

– Due to high demand during the Christmas season, production and shipping times will be longer than usual (PROCESSING TIME 3 – 7 days.)

– Orders placed from December 7, 2022 will be difficult to deliver before Christmas. Although some locations near Detroit, Michigan may be able to deliver earlier. But we do not guarantee that. Delivery time depends a lot on the carrier should transfer UPS and USPS. It will normally take 5 to 12 business days to complete the delivery during this time, it depends on your location. (Our warehouse is located in Detroit, Michigan).

– NOTE: Orders from December 7, 2022 – If you want your package to arrive before Christmas please choose “Express-Delivery”. Orders from December 17, 2022 will not be delivered before Christmas even if you choose Express-Delivery.

– We will be closed for Christmas holiday from December 24 to December 27. New Year holiday from December 30, 2022 to January 2, 2023. The system still accepts orders and processes orders Automatically within vacation. So, if you place an order during this time, please enter the correct address and t-shirt size. We are unable to support order cancellations during this time.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

• The shipping cost within the U.S. is : 5USD + 2USD per additional item.
• For international shipping: from 10USD + 7USD per additional item.

Please be noted that we need 1-3 business days to process orders as our products are made to order.

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

SHIPPING TIME

The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.

• US orders: Standard Shipping: 3 – 9 Business Days – Particularly for the states of Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, the shipping time is from 10 to 20 working days
• Other Countries: 10 – 20 business days.

Note: The public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time too.

• Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are estimates only. Please do not cut the shipping times too close. Postal services are not infallible. There may be unexpected delays. Please allow some extra time for un-foreseen delays. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, customs clearance, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES? 

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES? 

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES? 

Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
